Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated by reference into the GetAiVIS Terms of Service. It describes uses of the service that are prohibited. Violating this policy is a material breach of the terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
1. Lawful use
You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction where the target business is located. This includes data protection, consumer protection, anti-competition, and defamation law.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use GetAiVIS to:
- Generate, process, or disseminate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
- Produce materially misleading claims about third-party businesses or individuals;
- Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal right;
- Produce content that is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or glorifies violence;
- Facilitate or promote illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion;
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or falsely represent your relationship with a brand you do not own or represent.
3. Prohibited technical conduct
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or any related infrastructure without prior written authorisation from GetAiVIS;
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security or access-control features;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, scoring logic, or query-generation logic from the service;
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from GetAiVIS through automated means not expressly permitted by your plan;
- Exceed plan scan limits through automation, creating multiple accounts, sharing credentials, or other means;
- Introduce malware, worms, viruses, or other harmful code into the service;
- Use the service to build or train a competing product.
4. Resale and redistribution
Scan reports are for your own internal use and, on Agency plans, for use with your named clients. You may not resell, white-label, or publicly redistribute GetAiVIS outputs except as expressly permitted under your plan or a separate written agreement.
5. Fair use on Agency plans
Agency plans include generous scan allocations intended to support multiple client brands. We reserve the right to contact Agency customers whose aggregate usage significantly exceeds typical patterns and to apply fair-use limits where the stability or economics of the service are threatened. We will always discuss before applying any limit.
6. Third-party AI engines
Each AI engine integrated into GetAiVIS has its own acceptable use policies (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, xAI, DeepSeek). By submitting queries through GetAiVIS you also agree to comply with the applicable engines' usage policies as they relate to the content of the queries and any outputs you act upon.
7. Reporting violations
If you believe another user is violating this AUP, or that content generated via GetAiVIS has been used to harm your brand, please report it to abuse@getaivis.ai. Include as much detail as possible (URLs, timestamps, screenshots). We investigate all reports in good faith.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and may, at our sole discretion: (a) issue a warning; (b) suspend the offending account; (c) terminate the account without refund; or (d) involve law enforcement where the conduct appears to be criminal. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure, but we reserve the right to act immediately where the conduct threatens the service, other users, or third parties.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time to address new forms of abuse or to clarify existing rules. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
