Terms of Service
By using AiVIS at getaivis.ai, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
AiVIS provides AI visibility intelligence — measuring how visible your business is in responses generated by AI search engines including Perplexity, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. Results are indicative and based on queries run at a point in time; AI engine responses change continuously.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- One account per person or organisation unless you hold an Agency plan.
- You must be 18 years or older to use AiVIS.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scan businesses you do not own or have explicit permission to analyse.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell AiVIS outputs without a written licence.
- Use the service to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
- Exceed plan scan limits through automated means or API abuse.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial months.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Scan credits and limits
Scan allocations reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused scans do not roll over. We reserve the right to enforce fair-use limits on Agency plan users whose usage significantly exceeds normal patterns.
6. Intellectual property
AiVIS and its underlying methodology, scoring algorithms, and software are owned by AiVIS. Scan reports generated for your business are yours to use. You may not resell or white-label reports without an Agency plan.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
AiVIS is provided "as is". AI engine responses are probabilistic and change over time. We do not guarantee that improving your AiVIS scores will result in increased business outcomes. Results should be used as directional intelligence, not definitive rankings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiVIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@getaivis.ai.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of AiVIS after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
